This notice explains how Pam's Supermarket uses information provided through its online ordering service.

Information we collect

We collect the name, phone number, delivery address, optional delivery notes and location, order contents, payment status and references needed to place and fulfil an order. The site also stores a cart and customer session on the customer's device.

How we use it

We use this information to price and fulfil orders, process M-Pesa payments, send order updates, prevent fraud, provide support, keep required business records and improve the service.

Who receives it

Information is shared only as needed with payment, messaging, hosting and delivery providers, and with staff responsible for fulfilling the order. We do not sell customer information.

Retention and security

Records are retained only for operational, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal needs. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, or raise a privacy concern, by calling the support number shown in the store checkout.

Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in delivery notes.
