Coverage and fees

The live checkout shows the current service area, minimum order, delivery fee and any free-delivery threshold. A shared GPS location may be used to confirm coverage and calculate distance-based fees.

Timing

Orders are accepted only during the ordering hours displayed by the store. Delivery timing depends on confirmation, stock availability, traffic, weather and the accuracy of the address.

Receiving an order

Please keep the provided phone number reachable. Check the order promptly and contact the store if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Verified customers can request cancellation while an order is pending or being prepared. Orders that have entered dispatch may no longer be cancellable.

Substitutions and refunds

We will not charge more for a replacement without agreement. Removed items and approved cancellations are recorded for refund. M-Pesa refunds may require manual processing; the customer profile will show progress when available.
